Presenters:
Nelson Hendrix - has more than 15 years in the self-storage industry and over 30 years in construction. Nelson has been involved in all aspects of sales, international sales, sales management, project management and field assessment work giving him much knowledge and insight into new construction and retrofit work for storage. Currently, Nelson is the Regional Manager of the Northwest U.S./Western Canada for the R3 division of Janus International.
Nelson and his wife live in Arizona, he is an avid college football fan and enjoys swimming, barbequing, orienteering, camping and hiking in the hills and mountains of the West. He has two children that reside in Georgia.
Hans Matthey is Sales Manager of the Northwest Regional.
With a background in commercial construction Hans has managed the construction of several self storage facilities in Oregon, Washington, and Arizona. Prior to coming to Janus, Hans also served as the Senior Development Manager overseeing the design and development of Class A, urban facilities along the west coast. Currently Hans serves as the Regional Sales Manager of the Northwest U.S./Western Canada for new construction and the R3 division of Janus International.
An Oregon native Hans enjoys fishing, and crabbing at the Oregon coast and enjoying the great food Portland has to offer. Newly married, Hans and his wife are planning to settle in Idaho for the next chapter in life.
